Educational Management
Universitas Negeri Manado offers the only Doctoral Program in Educational Management in North Sulawesi Province. The Doctor of Educational Management Program is supported by highly competent lecturers, with the majority of the academic staff holding the rank of Professor. The program is committed to developing educational leaders, researchers, and policymakers who are capable of responding to contemporary educational challenges through innovation, strategic leadership, and academic excellence. With strong academic guidance, research-based learning, and a collaborative scholarly environment, the program provides students with opportunities to strengthen their expertise in educational management, policy analysis, organizational leadership, and educational development at national and international levels.
