COLLECTION OF EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTION (SPP) FEES FROM POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS OF STATE UNIVERSITY OF MANADO

The Director of Postgraduate Studies at State University of Manado announces a notice to all students whose names appear on the outstanding debt list of UNIMA Postgraduate Studies as attached.

Based on the results of financial administration data collection at UNIMA Postgraduate Studies, there are a number of students recorded as having outstanding Educational Development Contribution (SPP) fees and inactive status due to exceeding the maximum study period set by the institution. These students have not been able to be contacted to date and have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the institution. In connection with this matter, students whose names appear on the outstanding debt list are requested to pay attention to the following provisions: 1. The students in question are obligated to contact the Finance Division of UNIMA Postgraduate Studies to settle their outstanding SPP obligations. 2. Settlement of financial administration is a requirement for students who wish to submit requests for extension of study period, reactivation of status, or processing of other academic documents. 3. Students who do not settle their financial obligations by the set deadline will be processed in accordance with the academic and financial regulations applicable at State University of Manado. 4. For students who have completed payment but are still listed in this list, please immediately contact the Finance Division of Postgraduate Studies with valid proof of payment.
