UNIMA Vice Rector II Attends Coordination Meeting to Evaluate Performance and Administration of the Graduate School

UNIMA Vice Rector II, Prof. Dr. Donal Matheos Ratu, S.Pd., M.Hum., representing the UNIMA Rector, chaired a coordination meeting with UNIMA’s Graduate School to evaluate performance and academic administration. The meeting aims to strengthen academic governance and improve the quality of education services within the Graduate School.

The State University of Manado (UNIMA) held a Coordination Meeting between university leadership and UNIMA’s Graduate School in order to evaluate academic performance and administration. Taking place on UNIMA’s campus in Tomohon, North Sulawesi, the meeting was attended by various stakeholders within the university. The UNIMA Rector was represented by Vice Rector for General Administration, Planning, and Finance, Prof. Dr. Donal Matheos Ratu, S.Pd., M.Hum., who was also accompanied by UNIMA’s Head of the Academic Affairs Office. The presence of Vice Rector II and his team demonstrates the university leadership’s commitment to paying full attention to the development and progress of UNIMA’s Graduate School. Discussion Focus: Performance Evaluation and Administration The coordination meeting specifically addressed two main agendas: evaluating performance and improving the administrative system within UNIMA’s Graduate School. Several strategic issues were also discussed, including: - Reviewing academic achievements and the performance of study programs within the Graduate School - Evaluating the implementation of academic administrative services for graduate students - Synchronizing data and reporting between the Graduate School and the university’s Academic Affairs Office - Efforts to improve the quality of administrative services to support more effective teaching and learning processes - Discussing obstacles and solutions related to the management system for graduate-level academics In his remarks, Prof. Dr. Donal Matheos Ratu, S.Pd., M.Hum. emphasized the importance of synergy among university work units to support UNIMA’s vision as a leading higher education institution in Eastern Indonesia. He encouraged the entire academic community, especially at the graduate level, to continue raising service standards and academic quality. "The evaluation we are carrying out today is part of an ongoing effort to ensure that every academic and administrative process runs according to the standards that have been set. We need to move together so that UNIMA’s Graduate School becomes even more qualified and competitive," said Vice Rector II during the coordination forum. The coordination meeting is expected to serve as an important momentum for UNIMA’s Graduate School to carry out comprehensive improvements, both in academics and in administrative governance. All outcomes of the discussions will be followed up in the form of concrete work programs that can be implemented in the near term. With strong synergy among university leadership, the Academic Affairs Office, and the Graduate School, UNIMA is optimistic that it can continue to improve the quality of graduate education—producing competent, competitive graduates who are ready to contribute to the advancement of the nation.
