Objectives and Expectations of the Activity This Pre-Rakerpim is designed as a consolidation and planning forum that brings together all elements of Unima's Graduate School leadership to formulate strategic steps, align work programs across units, and strengthen institutional synergy. Through this forum, each unit leader is expected to contribute actively in developing comprehensive, measurable work plans oriented toward improving the quality of graduate education services.
